Manually Update Unit Lock Status
Navigate to Units > Unit Manager Locate the unit you want to update Click Edit Unit Scroll down to about the middle of the page, and you will find "Lock Status" Select the correct status from the list and save the window.
Change the Default Billing Plan/Size Code
Navigate to Units > Unit Manager Locate the unit you want to update Click Edit Unit Click the existing Default Billing Plan then Edit Billing Plan... The Billing Plan Info screen will open: Select the new Billing Plan from the list and Save.
Make a Unit Unavailable or Available
Navigate to Units > Unit Manager Locate the unit you want to update Click Edit Unit Change Enabled to Yes / No / Deleted No = unit will not be available to rent, but it will be counted and included on reports. Deleted = unit will not be available to ...
