Changing the Due Day


This article only applies to facilities that bill throughout the month. 



If you want to see what the pro-rated charge will be without paying, follow steps 1 – 7 and change the due day back. 

On the customer’s account, go to Lease > select the unit > Settings:


Change Monthly Bill Day to the desired day of the month.

    Hit Save in the lower-right corner. 

Return to the Overview tab and open Payment Entry…
    Click Edit… under Prepay to add the pro-rated charge. 



By default, you will see charges due within the next month including the pro-rated and regular monthly charges. 



If you are looking to pay only the pro-rated charge, change Advance to 2 Day(s): 


Hit Save.


The Apply Amount updated to the pro-rated amount. Post the payment.
