Display issues in DomicoCloud can arise, usually after an update is published. These can usually be fixed by doing a "hard" refresh of DomicoCloud.
MICROSOFT EDGE, GOOGLE CHROME
The steps are the same in both browsers. The screenshots below are of Microsoft Edge.
1. Log into DomicoCloud normally
2. Press F12
If you see this window, tick "Remember my decision" and click Open DevTools.

A new window will open on the right side of your browser, "Welcome to Microsoft...":
With the new window still open, right-click on the Refresh button and choose "Empty cache and hard refresh."
Press F12 to close the DEV TOOLS window.
Press SHIFT + CTRL + F5 to do a hard refresh
