Returning a Security Deposit

DomicoCloud does not print checks at this time. 

Following a move-out, you will be prompted with the Refund Security Deposit window. There will be two fields available to you:

Amount to apply to account balance:

Use this option if you do not plan to return any funds to the customer. 

This option removes the security deposit and applies a credit of equal amount on the account: 

Amount to return to customer:

This method generates both a credit and an offset charge for the deposit return. It will not affect the account balance.
