Partial payments

 

1 – If the partial payment will apply to multiple units, be sure to check them all off

2 – If any units need to be pre-paid from this partial, make sure to “Edit” the prepay to add extra months. See article on pre-pay HERE

3 – Enter the amount to apply to each unit in the “Apply Amount” section at the top.

4 – Confirm the “Total Payment” at the bottom is the correct amount. To alter this total, edit the "Apply Amount" sections from step 3

5 – Enter payment info and click “Save” to post.
